Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Moss, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Moss provides software that lets fitness and wellness studios manage scheduling, memberships, payments, and communications, and lets their clients book and manage classes and appointments. Studios are independent businesses responsible for the services they provide; Moss is the technology provider.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Bookings, prices, memberships, packages, and cancellation, late-cancel, and no-show policies are set by each studio and shown at the time of booking. By booking you agree to the applicable studio policies. Payments are processed by our payment provider; charges, refunds, and credits are subject to the studio's policy.

A studio may require you to review and accept a liability waiver before booking. Accepting a waiver online creates a binding record of your agreement.

By providing your contact details you agree to receive transactional emails and texts related to your bookings and account, as described in our SMS Terms. You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moss is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the services provided by independent studios.

You may stop using Moss at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service.
